Students will learn ways to look and feel good thru healthy eating habits, exercise regimes and positive lifestyle choices. Class time will include nutritional tips that are beneficial for energy and balance at any age. For a few minutes students can participate in gentle Yoga breathing and stretches that can be experienced daily to uplift mood and foster overall health. Participants should wear comfortable clothes.
